I’m back on track and training for AIDS/Lifecycle 10. That’s right. It’s the 10 year anniversary and everyone is pumped. Since June, I’ve gone on some great bicycling adventures: Guerneville, bike camping from Seattle to Portland, Marin, Sawyer Camp Trail and good ol’ Twin Peaks.

Today, I went on a ride to the headlands and back, 28.6 miles. I’ll be building up from now till June. Below is a map of my route.
